My Story
I’m taking part in The Mind Walk 2025 on March 23rd to raise awareness and support for mental health — a cause that’s deeply personal to me.
Losing my mother to suicide was devastating, and growing up in Thailand, mental health was rarely talked about. The stigma made her struggles even more isolating, and after she was gone, I was left navigating grief, anger, guilt, and loneliness without the tools to process it.
Mind has been a lifeline for me, helping me through my grief and mental health challenges. Through this walk, I want to break the silence, raise awareness, and remind people that they’re not alone. No one should feel like they have to struggle in isolation.
If you’d like to support, please consider donating to help me raise crucial funds for Mind, a charity that has made a life-changing impact on so many.
Thank you for being part of this important cause. 💙
