About

Here at The SaaSy People, we recognise that working remotely can have a toll on one’s mental health. Since the Covid-19 pandemic, around a third of adults and young people in the UK said their mental health has got much worse since March 2020. In response to this, The SaaSy People has developed a Mental Health Advocacy team that works tirelessly to bring the teams together to participate in activities, both at work and outside of work, all of which are designed to encourage and develop strong working relationships and a work environment where employees feel that they are supported, cared for and that they can communicate openly with each other.

This year The SaaSy People has launched our first-ever fundraising event, and with there being so much emphasis on getting outdoors to improve mental health, we feel very strongly that taking on the challenge of climbing Snowdon, the highest peak in England and Wales, is an incredible way to get a team together and celebrate our individual and collective success, mirroring what we as a business do every single day. It makes perfect sense that our chosen charity is Mind, as the work Mind does closely aligns with our own mental health initiative. After all, it is our healthy minds that allow us to come together, grow, develop, and support each other when needed the most!
